Background

Operations first. AI second.

Most AI projects fail because nobody understood the process they were automating. I start from the process.

I've spent more than a decade inside retail lending operations: data entry across all products, purchase orders, disbursal and credit authorizations, and now projects focused on process improvement and automation.

Along the way I kept building my own tools to remove manual work. Today I use generative AI and AI coding assistants to build those tools faster, from turnaround-time calculators to leadership dashboards to full desktop apps.

12+ years in retail lending operations, leading teams, protecting turnaround times and replacing manual work with automation.

  • Team Lead, Auto Finance (multi products): task allocation, TAT adherence, issue resolution and team development.
  • Automation for daily operations: built tools staff use every day, including automated daily MIS, auto work distribution and productivity trackers.
  • UAT and system change: tested new releases and process changes, and ran root cause analysis on recurring issues.
  • KPI reporting: performance and SLA reporting for management, with cross-functional coordination to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Disbursal & credit authorizer (2018–2024): final approval for auto finance disbursals and credit card authorizations.
  • Projects (2026 – now): process improvement, SLA/TAT measurement and AI-driven automation.

    Final authorizer for auto finance disbursals and credit card authorizations.

    Task allocation, TAT adherence, issue resolution, UAT and daily automation tools for the team.
